Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source bridge contract to Science and Management Resources (SMR), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Services as defined in TO 00-20-14 paragraphs 2.2.2 and 2.6 and in this PWS except as specified in Section 3 as government furnished property and services at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

A Firm Fixed Price with Labor Hour line items type contract is contemplated with a two (2) month basic term and four (4) 1-month options.

The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 01 Oct 2013 through 30 Nov 2013

The estimated award date is 30 Sep 2013.
