The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s (NHLBI’s) Information Technology and Applications Center (ITAC) manages numerous information technology projects and it is critical to the Center’s mission that essential personnel have the requisite skills and certifications to be able to effectively do their jobs. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Project Management training services to NHLBI employees, focusing on preparing those employees for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam. Additionally, this acquisition will provide training services for Agile, focused on how NHLBI/ITAC manages Agile projects and preparing those same staff members for the Scrum Master exam.
