I.    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.
II.    The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 Effective 6 June 2023; DFARS 27 April 2023; and AFFARS 5 May 2022

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain FY23 PACAF Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC) Program Management Review (PMR) Conference Support on O'ahu, Hawaii.
