AMD 0004- The purpose of this amendment is to re-open the solicitation, update attachment 1- requirements document, and to change the proposal response date.

After receipt of proposals and review of the Government's requirement, it is clear that the previously announced weight restrictions identified in section 3.2.1.1 (requirement #15) of Attachment 1, Requirements Document, are unattainable. Therefore, the Government has revised its requirement.

Offerors shall reference the attached documents for additional information. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation by 1400 CST on August 11, 2015.
