The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-06-18-2019LD, to acquire Podiatry Services at the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana. The Fort Belknap Service Unit provides two health facilities on the reservation. The Little River Health Center is a six (6) bed critical access hospital and is located at the Fort Belknap Agency, in Harlem, Montana which has eight (8) outpatient exam rooms. The Eagle Child Health Center which is a clinic is located in Hays, Montana and has four (4) outpatient exam rooms. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37.4, Non-Personal Health Care Services.

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a fixed-price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)-06-18-2019LD. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis.
