This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155710RC219FS is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 337211and the small business size standard is 500. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:

1. Scope: This requirement is for wood podiums for Andersen Air Force Base Force Support Squadron, Yigo Guam 96929. Items with equal or better quality to those listed below are acceptable.

2. Product Description: Floor style wood podiums
CLIN 1: Floor style podiums, faceted design wood veneer cabinet with solid wood trim and two shelves.
Manufacturer: Forbes Industries model # 5901 or EQUAL
Dimensions: Approximately 27.5" wide, 47" high, 24.5" deep
Finish: Dark oak or similar
Quantity: 3 EACH

3. Delivery Date/Location:
• Required Delivery Date: 45 Days ADC
• Place of Delivery: 36 FSS, Building 23028, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo Guam 96929

4. Other Pertinent Information:
• This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.
• Packaging, Packing and Shipping Instructions: Commercial industry standards to ensure safe delivery with no damage of product.
• Items should be shipped no later than 45 days ADC, Submit proposal based on each CLIN. FOB: Destination for door-to-door delivery to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the best value to the government.
