The Land Between The Lakes (LBL) NRA unit of the USDA Forest Service located at 100 Van Morgan Drive, Golden Pond, KY 42211 intends to award a follow-on sole source firm fixed price contract for a Point of Sale system (POS) to US eDirect, a small business concern located in Huntington, NY. The NAICS code is 541511 and the small business size standard is $23 million. The follow-on contract will continue the development of a major POS for LBL. The POS must handle advanced reservations by telephone, internet, and interactive voice recognition and with the capability to: track financial transactions for over 20 retail sites; record revenue by individual financial codes based on the product sold; track revenue and site visitation and display in chart and graph form; handle back office processing to ensure internal controls are in place; provide web-based reporting and server management; and collect demographic information and provide help desk support (Tier 1 to 3). Access to the POS must be available to at least 15 remote site located in Western Kentucky and Tennessee. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding to Glen S.
