This is a solicitation for Polaris MRZR-D 4 and associated parts and is being solicited and evaluated under procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12, Commercial Items, and of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Product Service Code is 2305. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336999, the size standard is 1,000 employees. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The anticipated delivery date will be 30 days after date of award with FOB Origin. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by 722 EABS/Contracting. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs.

Award will be made to the responsive offeror determined to be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with the criteria listed in the attached solicitation. Response to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email by 7 July 2017 no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
