The City of Palm Bay is requesting quotes from qualified suppliers for the purchase and delivery of Police Uniforms. In an effort to standardize and maintain uniformity, the only acceptable brands for this quote is BLAUER, FLEXRS, SAMUEL BROOME, SPIEWAK AND 5.11 as noted herein. No substitutions will be accepted. The intent of this solicitation is to establish the minimum requirements for an annual purchase agreement for provision of clothing with personalized identification and City logos. Pricing shall include the cost of the uniform including any alterations or additional sewing as described in the specifications section and all delivery charges. Unless specifically stated in the specifications, samples should not be submitted with this quote. Product must meet the minimum specifications detailed in this request. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis. Quotes must be made on Police Uniforms by the brand, make and model specified below, that can be inspected, accepted, and delivered in compliance with the specifications herein. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.
