Effective 16 August 2012 this solicitation is being amended to extend the response deadline to 21 August 2012 at 2:00 PM EST. This extension will provide contractors with additional time to obtain pricing for this requirement. Amendment 0001 and the amended solicitation are attached for review.



The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Defense Security Assistance Development Center (DSADC) has a requirement for two (2) Polycom HDX 7000-720, two (2) Polycom Quad BRI Modules for HDX Series, on-site installation of the HDX 7000 equipment and components, and one year of Total Coverage Premier support for the HDX 7000 equipment and Quad BRI Modules. This purchase will replace two (2) older PolyCom SVX7000 VTC units that are obsolete.

 Only small businesses that are authorized Polycom resellers will be considered for award of this order.

 The item descriptions for the HDX 7000, Quad BRI Modules, on-site installation and maintenance and are outlined in the attached solicitation. A brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) is also attached for review.
