The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement is for Purchase four (4) Polysomnography analyzers (sleep study system) for the Department of Medicine of WAMC, Building 4-2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.
Delivery, installation and training is required to be completed 60 days after date of contract.

The equipment must meet or exceed the below capabilities to be considered for award.
WAMC Department of Medicine requires template flexibility, a minimum of 50 Sleep Diagnostic (SDX), a minimum of 24 channels, all hemodymic monitoring capability, ncluding etCO2, and the capability to create American Academy Sleep Medicine (AASM) reports for quality assurance to help support the re-credentialing process. Finally, WAMC Department of Medicine requires the vendor to have the ability to review and analyze the (Polysomnography) PSG data during video collection. If the equipment has a port to connect to the hospitals systems it must be disconnected so that it is a stand-alone system.
