PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), Import/Export Center, Miami, FL, anticipates soliciting for proposals and awarding a construction contract for preparation and application of a polyurethane elastomeric lining system for six (6) horse stalls, each measuring 12 feet by 12 feet. The work consists of cutting out and removing loose, falling material and place in USDA container for disposal; repair voids in floor left by demolition; abrade and epoxy prime floor and up perimeter walls one to two feet. Spray/apply 140-150 mils Fox 640 Polyurea. The offeror shall provide all labor, supervision and material to complete the job.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the USDA. This is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS Code 238340; size standard $14M. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated.
