Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Materials and Measurements Test Branch (MMTB) requires the Brand Name Only purchase of two (2) InnovMetrics PolyWorks/ Modeler & Inspector software platform licenses. The Polyworks software platform includes software patches/upgrades and technical support. One license is a Dongle license. The second Dongle license is being upgraded to a Network Floating license. The period of performance (POP) will be one year from the day the contract is awarded. This contract is for a base year and 3 option years.

CLIN 0001 - Qty 2
Support/maintenance contract for the PolyWorks|Inspector^TM Premium + Modeler^TM Standard Package, currently installed on dongle ID's 0AEF1C8C and 2DD72DD0.

CLIN 0002 - Qty 2
Package upgrade from an existing PolyWorks|Inspector^TM Premium + Modeler^TM Standard node-locked license to a floating license.

Base Period: 1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018
Option Period 1: 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019
Option Period 2: 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020
Option Period 3: 1 August 2020 to 31 August 2021

The brand-name of Polyworks is required. No substitutions shall be considered. No partial orders shall be accepted. Quotes shall be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any interested parties are to submit any/ all questions to [email protected] no later than 31 August 2017 by 10:00 A.M. EST. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] no later than 5 September 2017 by 10:00 A.M. EST. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions; FAR 15.209(a). The Government contemplates making a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award from the LPTA quote received. No telephone requests shall be honored. In order to be eligible for award, vendors shall be currently registered in System For Award Management (SAM).
