This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, Billings Field Office, has a requirement for a steel framing system with a standing seam metal roof covering the existing amphitheatre seating area and adjacent sidewalk. There will be selective demolition of existing elements, including but not limited to, sidewalks and electrical wiring & conduit. Special attention is to be made for select items to be salvaged for reinstallation. In addition, Electrical, Landscaping and other Work will be required to complete the project. The government intends to award this contract as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 237310. The corresponding small business size standard is $16.5 million. This project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around March 11, 2020 at http://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect.
