The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), NOAA Ship Pisces has a requirement for port agent services at the Port of Morehead in North Carolina, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Period of Performance for this order is includes approximately seven days in July and eleven days in September. Please see the Statement of Work for complete details.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on June 12, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on technical capability, past performance, and price. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 1:00 P.M. Eastern on June 7, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about June 15, 2017.
