USDA/NRCS TX is soliciting proposals to install a pre-fabricated storage building at the Plant Materials Center near Knox City, TX.

Minimum physical characteristics of the building are:
1.  18' x 26' x 8' gable or peak.
2.  One 6' wide roll up door with lockable hardware. (Padlock Hasp)
3. One 36" x 80" steel door with lockable hardware,
4. Two 26" x 30" windows.
5. Walls and ceiling insulated.
6. Price shall include all delivery, setup and installation.

This is a best value procurement, please refer to solicitation clause 52.212-2.

In order to submit a proposal, please refer to the requirements at solicitation provision 52.212-1.

The site is difficult to access, we recommend constructing the building on site.  If you choose to deliver a pre-constructed building, contact Gary Rea at (940) 658-3922 to view the site before submitting a proposal.
