The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for Portable Chemical Latrine services and Portable Hand Wash Stations with sanitizer in support of the 2016 Officer Candidate School conducted in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Numbers and Locations are estimated and may change. Contractor shall be required to attend pre performance conference approximately 1 week prior to start of service.
No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation or affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor.
