This is an official Sources Sought. 

The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Sources Sought to find potential vendors of Portable Planetariums that meet the specifications of the attached statement of need.

Responses are to be sent via email to SSgt Anthony Graffeo at [email protected] and to TSgt Brittainy Shirley at [email protected] no later than 2:00 PM MST, 9 February 2024.  Please include the Sources Sought Identification Number or title in the subject line of the email submission.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

• Please include a statement of work, showing the capabilities of the planetarium and included software.
• Please include images of what is being offered
• Offeror questions due by Friday, 2 February 2024 no later than 3:00 PM MST.
• Please include a projected/estimated quote

Please include the following information in your response/narrative:

- Company name, address, and point of contact, with email address and phone number

- CAGE Code and/or Unique Entity Identification (UEID) number
