See attached SOO dated 13 Sep 2018.  The requirements in the SOO didn't change from Amendment 02, SOO dated 13 Sep 2018.  The only change was the file name from 18Q0075 atch 1 SOO 13 Sep 2018 to 18Q0113 atch 1 SOO 13 Sep 2018. 

See attached acknowledgement amendment document.  This document needs to be returned with your proposal to acknowledge your proposal complies with amendment 01 and 02.
