The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) seeks to update yearly software maintenance for existing POSPac MMS software maintenance licenses (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) to allow users to upgrade to the latest version of POSPac MMS. The brand name POSPac is required.

The period of performance should be for a minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years and provide yearly maintenance.  A breakout of needed actions by year:

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, in consideration of all factors.
