This Sources Sought Notice (SS) SPE60522RFI1011 is an addendum to SS Notice SPE60522RFI1007. It is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of DLA Energy. DLA Energy is seeking to identify Small Businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel support for the Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice includes the ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers located in (COG 6): Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. The expected period of performance is June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2028.

For purpose of compiling responses to this Source Sought Notice, the deadline is set on September 26, 2022, 4:30 PM, Fort Belvoir, Virginia Time.
You do not need to respond to this notice if you responded to Source Sought Notice SPE60522RFI1007.
IN RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax number,
2. Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform.
3. What types of fuel are you capable of supplying? Which areas can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)?
4. Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s).
5. Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)?
6. Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above?
