The Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals is in need of postage for their postage machine in their Miami Field Office. All Executive agencies are required to pay the United States Postal Service using the commercial payment process. The United States Postal Service is the only vendor who can meet the Governments needs for this purchase.

All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement.
