The 802d Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB, TX, intends to award a sole source acquisition to Starzz Management Services, Inc., 8393 Capwell Drive, Suite 220, Oakland, CA 94623, for the acquisition of postal services at Lackland AFB, the Medina Training Annex, and Port San Antonio. The proposed contract action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
