The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Irwin, California is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide postal services in the Central Mailroom, Administrative Services Division, Resource Management Office (RMO), U.S. Army Garrison Fort Irwin, California.
