The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAC, Eglin AFB FL,, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one posterior lumbar fusion system to Globus Medical, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106(a)(1). The anticipated award date is13 December 13. This requirement is for:

CLIN 0001: Globus Lumbar Fusion System and Conduct

These items must be delivered to: 96 MDG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 16 December 13 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339113, small business size standard: 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 2 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
