The Military Installation Contracting Command-Carlisle Barracks intends to award this requirement for a Protestant Organist on a Sole Source basis to: Ralph Kneeream, 304 Forgedale Dr., Carlisle, PA 17015-4528 on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes however, all information received in response to this Sources Sought will be used within the Contracting Command to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the Command. The intent of this market research is to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources to broaden future competition. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources Sought announcement. The Command will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought announcement. Should any future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, the period of performance is anticipated to be 01 NOV 12 through 31 OCT 13 as a base period with the possibility of two option years.

The U.S. Army War College Chapel, Carlisle Barracks requires the support of a Protestant Organist. Items to be procure annually: Qty 52, Worship Service Support and Qty 10, Special Services Support. Provide appropriate musical accompaniment for:
1. The Collective Protestant Worship Service, an interdenominational worship service addressing the worship requirements of "Mainline" and "Evangelical" Christians, using The Hymnal for Worship & Celebration and Songs for Praise & Worship. The contractor will also provide musical support for weekly choir rehearsals. Instruments: Baldwin Grand Piano, Electric Piano/Clavinova & two Manual Electric Organs.
2. Military Memorial Services, Memorial Ceremonies, and Funerals as needed.
