The 75th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source contract to Troup Environmental Alternatives, LLC, 79 West 12th Street, Suite 15D, New York, NY 10011. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, and materials to provide the two month lease of a Powell Electrocoagulation (EC) unit for treatment of industrial wastewater produced by Hill Air Force Base. The firm-fixed price contract shall be awarded on or about 16 May 2008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515. This is a sole source requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(c). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
