This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-16-T-0180 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.

SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Powell Electronics. 7705 Industrial Drive Suite C Spring Grove, IL 60081 CAGE CODE: 3HVB1. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Sole Source, Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), IAW FAR 13 procedures for the following:

Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001.

The anticipated award date is September 15, 2016.
