The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate a sole source contract for Telco Power and Cable.  Office of Research Service needs to procure a  Liebert EXM system. Liebert EXM Single Module UPS System each consisting of the following: One (1) 20kVA

Nameplate Liebert EXM UPS, model 47SA020CAC405UN, with the following features:

a. System Input Voltage of 480V, 60Hz, 3 Phase, 3 wire plus ground

b. System Output Voltage of 208/120V, 3 Phase, 4 wire plus ground

c. Fixed Capacity 20kVA UPS System

d. 208V Native Output Voltage

e. Single Input Configuration

f. One (1) IntelliSlot Unity Dual Protocol Card; P/N: IS-UNITY-DP; Monitoring and configuration of

Vertiv products and environmental sensors through stand-alone Web UI or integration with.

The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b).  If you believe you can provide the items or services, please forward capability statement [email protected] by April 16, 2021  and reference solicitation number NIH-OLAO-OD5-NOI59666950 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
