QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Quotes shall be e-mailed to the addresses identified above. E-mail is the preferred
method for offer submission. Your offer shall include a signed copy of page 2 or the contractor equivalent with all the information
requested. Information on delivery is required.
EVALUATION OF OFFERS: LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE
Offers will first be reviewed by total price from lowest to highest, then technical acceptability. If the lowest priced quote is deemed
technically acceptable, no further evaluation will be conducted and award of contract will be made.
A technically acceptable determination will be made based on information provided by the offeror. The offeror shall submit in
addition to the price quote:
1. Detailed product specification to include: Dimensions (L, W, H). Input, Output, and weight for each item.
2. Photograph of Products
3. Complete all highlighted portions of page 2 in the solicitation.
