This notice is to announce that NSN: 6130-01-566-4836 is being solicited.  This is a combination synopsis/solicitation notice.  The solicitation number is:

SPE7L714X0010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  The solicitation is available in FedBizOps on March 25, 2014. https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/.

An Indefinite Purchase Order(IDPO) with one base year and two option years is anticipated.  Estimated annual demand (ADQ) is 40 each.  The ADQ represents an estimate only and is not a guaranteed amount.  Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum  of 3 years.  Solicitations will be issued as 100% small business set aside.  The delivery for this acquisition will b e FOB Origin and deliveries will be DLA direct within the continental United States.  Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
