This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L2222Q0028 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of August 27, 2022, and close date of September 12, 2022. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-07. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 541620 and a size standard of 16.50.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Taos Field Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter a firm fixed price contract for prairie dog, burrowing owl, and mountain plover survey.
