The 410th Regional Contracting Center – Americas, Fort Sam Houston, TX, is conducting market research for prefabricated, off the shelf Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) exterior buildings.
The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of the potential body of vendors with the ability to deliver and install the required items at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. More importantly, this request for information is intended for potential vendors to identify their business capabilities and solutions for meeting the agency’s need regarding the SCIFs.
As such, listed below are the desired minimum basic requirements for each SCIF but the vendor is highly encouraged to provide responses based their unique industry capabilities.
