The 201st Regional Training Institute (RTI) has a requirement to purchase meals in support of its Basic Leaders Course that will take place at Building 205 or 234 in Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, PR. The Course will start on August 10, 2022 and will end on September 1, 2022, during this period there will be three (3) daily meals scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for
commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition
Circular 2005-95.
The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following:
1. Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.
2. The Product Service Code is 8940, Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations.
3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722310 with a size standard of $45,000,000.
The breakfast needs to be delivered from August 11, 2022 to September 1, 2022 at 6:00 am and, lunch and dinner needs to be delivered from August 10, 2022 to August 31, 2022 at 11:30 am and 5:00 pm respectively. The meals must be in accordance with the 21 Days Menu attached.
To explain the 21 Days Menu there will be a meeting on July 12, 2022 at 9:00am, the place for the meeting will be building 769, at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas PR. The performance of all the work shall be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation.
