The Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility is seeking a Department of Justice certified Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) auditor for juvenile correctional facilities. HYCF is a thirty bed facility consisting of male and female youth located in Kailua Hawaii on a six hundred acre farm. The audit requested shall be completed utilizing the standard PREA audit instrument(s). This audit will be performed pursuant to a contractual agreement between the auditor and the Office of Youth Services Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility.
