This sources sought notice is being issued to determine whether or not to set aside the acquisition for HUBZone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB), or Small Business Concerns. In accordance with FAR 19.1305, if your company is HUBZone certified or IAW FAR 19.1405, if your company is SDVOSB, and intends to submit an offer for this acquisition, then those interested parties should indicate their interest to the Contract Specialist, in writing, no later than 4:30 p.m. MST, August 3, 2010. The following information is required: (1) a copy of the certificate issued by the SBA of your qualifications as a HUBZone concern or a statement that your company is a SDVOSB, and (2) a statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a prime contractor, (3) evidence of experience in similar type supply contracts to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact with telephone numbers. All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested HUBZone concerns or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested HUBZone concern or SDVOSB. If adequate interest is not received from HUBZone concerns and SDVOBs by August 3, 2010, a combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside without further notice.
