1.1 BASIC SERVICES. For all jobs listed below, contractor must have a current Secret Security Clearance; proof of clearance is required with submission of quote.
1.1.1. PMATs Console Operator. The primary duty of the console operator is to provide real time PMATs mission support to on-going simulator missions, including EPE's, CT, regular syllabus missions, and VIP and/or guest demonstrations. The console operator shall be responsible for loading the appropriately scheduled missions ahead of the arrival of the instructor and student crew scheduled for the simulator. The console operator shall maintain an immediate presence during the conduct of the mission in order to provide real-time tactical adjustments as directed by the instructor or CT crew. The console operator shall provide troubleshooting assistance for maintenance or programming issues that may occur. The console operator shall also maintain the time-use log for the PMATs and maintain a daily log of simulator discrepancies for coordination with PMATs manufacturer's representatives on site.
1.1.2. Tactical Simulator Programmer. The primary duty is to ensure the PMATS is programmed with tactical and emergency situation scenarios. This includes AGM 114, GBU-12, and GBU-38 weapons profiles, robust target array visual setups to include explosions, patterns of life, vehicular travel, city construction, road patrols with IEDs, and other real-world scenarios in accordance with (IAW) training syllabi, falcon-view map updates, and map updates to the PMATS. The scenarios for the tactical simulator programmers to build will be provided by the government, and will be accepted by the appropriate military subject matter expert (SME). The tactical simulator programmer will be responsible for loading all applicable maps into both the tracker and falcon-view (or Zeus) systems, as applicable.
1.1.3. Administrative Support, Flight Training Program-Flying squadron(s). The primary duty is to provide administrative support to each of the flying squadrons' training programs.
1.1.4. Administrative Support, Standardization and Evaluation Program-Flying Squadron. The primary duty is to provide administrative support to each of the flying squadrons' Stan/Eval shops.
1.1.5. Administrative Specialist(s), Training Squadron. The primary duty is to provide administrative support to technical programs, assist in report/publication preparation, word processing and basic cost/data management as it relates to program cost allocation and tracking and purchasing requirements.
