PREFABRICATED STAIRS AND LANDINGS
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (#140R6A19Q0009) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS 335314. The small business size is 500 employees. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type contract.

Stair and Landings are to be hot dipped galvanized, with handrails. Treads are non-skid with open perforations for sure footing to allow dirt and debris to fall through. Stairs, landings, brackets, and base anchor brackets are to be supplied. The stairs and landings are to be OSHA compliant. The stairs should have a rise/run angle of 45 degrees. Landings should be 4 feet by 4 feet. See attached drawings.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price and technically acceptable.
