Sealed bids for the Premise Health Suite - Bid No.: 023-019 will be received by the City of Prattville at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2023, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud at said location. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the City of Prattville City Hall Annex (102 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067) on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. The bracket estimate for this project is from $150,000.00 to $200,000.00. This bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project’s complexity and size. This bracket should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. The principal items of work are approximate as follows: 1,050 SF (+/-) Interior Renovation Work. The entire project shall be completed in 90 consecutive calendar days. To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner.
