Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-18-Q-69344 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-85 (February 26, 2016). FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see http://farsite.hill.af.mil. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Item with their offer or indicate if it is available online at the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 and small business size standard of 1000 employees. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror.
