This action entails the purchase of 350 (Qty) Argon ST Prephix Software Licenses and Annual Subscription to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) systems at multiple sites.

NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA)
This is a notice of intent from AFLCMC/HBBK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a sole source purchase order to Argon ST, Inc. Argon ST, Inc, is the sole provider of their proprietary Prephix Software.  The delivery date shall be 30 days after contract award.  This purchase will be made under the Simplifieid Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR13.501(a)(2). This is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may submit capability statements and qualificiations for this requirement.  All information received will be considered soley for informational purposes.  This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicition.  The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on market research previously conducted.
