This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This RFQ requires offers for brand name or equal and all or none of the items listed. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-56 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20120330. Federal Supply Class (FSC) code is 5820. NAICS is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees.
This acquisition is for full and open competition. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Directorate of Contracting, Operational Contracting Division, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following:
Line 1: each AMX DVX-3150HD-SP 10X4 PRESENTATION SWITCHER
Line 2: each AMX 10.1" MODERO X SERIES TOUCHPANEL WITH MULTI-PREVIEW ACCESSORY
Line 3: each INSTALL, TEST, REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK
The Government is requesting that any interested party who believes can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
