The City of Green Bay, along with the five largest municipalities in Wisconsin, have collaborated to produce a voting plan, “Wisconsin Safe Voting Plan.” This plan was successfully funded by the Center for Tech and Civic Life. The City is seeking a public affairs firm that will construct an outreach and voter engagement program, in a strictly non-partisan manner, for the November 3rd election. The program should employ multiple media used by a wide cross-section of Green Bay’s residents. The goal of the program would be to inform voters of changes in voting, especially due to the pandemic, encourage absentee voting, provide information about registration, and convey instructions about successfully casting an absentee ballot. The program will engage consistent voters as well as infrequent voters and new registrants.
