SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN
FARGO, ND
The United States Government seeks to lease class âAâ contiguous office and warehouse space. The space offered must consist of approximately 14,319 Rentable Square Feet in Fargo, North Dakota. The space must yield 12,450 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. A minimum of forty-nine (49) surface on-site parking spaces are required.
All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable.
The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
⢠Within or fronting the area bounded by the North by 12th Ave N.
⢠Within or fronting the area bounded to the South by 32nd Ave S.
⢠Within or fronting the area bounded to the East by Red River
⢠Within or fronting the area bounded to the West by Interstate 29
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2009
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the buildingâs ownership.
In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
