UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN MORROW, GA The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 19,015 Rentable Square Feet in Morrow, GA. The space must yield 16,535 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. First floor space is preferred. A minimum of eighty-three (83) surface parking spaces are required at no cost or reasonable commercials rates within a two-block radius of the offered space. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. The offered space should not be located within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City Limits of Morrow, Georgia. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced.
