SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN
MORROW, GA
The United States Government seeks to lease class âAâ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 19,015 Rentable Square Feet in Morrow, GA. The space must yield 16,535 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. First floor space is preferred. A minimum of eighty-three (83) surface parking spaces are required at no cost or reasonable commercials rates within a two-block radius of the offered space. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space.
The offered space should not be located within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks.
All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable.
The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
City Limits of Morrow, Georgia.
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2009.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the buildingâs ownership.
In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
