UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN FARGO OR WEST FARGO, ND The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,834 Rentable Square Feet in Fargo or West Fargo, North Dakota. The space must yield 7,682 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. A minimum of sixty-three (63) surface on-site parking spaces are required. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: • Within or Fronting the area bounded to the North by 1 block North of Main Avenue in West Fargo • Within or Fronting the area bounded to the East by Interstate 29 in Fargo • Within or Fronting the area bounded to the South by 52nd Avenue South in Fargo, west of County 17 in West Fargo • Within or Fronting the area bounded to the West by 26th Street West in West Fargo The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2009 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
