This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service Agreement on an FEI Tecnai12BT Transmission Electron Microscope.
Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government as needed to perform the Statement of Work below.
The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and on-demand repair services for the Tecnai12BT Transmission Electron Microscope (Serial No. D347). Requirements include:
•instrument software updates
•preventative maintenance inspections, including one (1) planned PM/year
•technical telephone consulting available during normal business hours
•unlimited on-site service visits when requested
Contractor shall schedule and perform on-site preventative maintenance from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
NOTE: The Offeror must provide service by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory-trained, manufacturer-authorized technicians and providers of any required parts and software or proprietary diagnostic software and software enhancements must be OEM certifed (new or like-new) and compatible with the subject equipment.
