The Bureau of Fiscal Service (FSA) intends to make award on a sole source basis to Hitec Power Protection, Inc. for Quarterly Preventive Maintenance , emergency repair services and monthly visits for minor inspections on two (2) Hitec Generators for the Financial Management Service (FMS), Hyattsville, MD facility.  The period of performance for this action is 10/1/13-9/30/14 with four option years.   Hitec Power Protection, Inc. is the only source for this maintenance.

FSA will consider written responses received no later than 12:00PM Noon ET on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 to [email protected]. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is capable of providing Preventive Maintenance Services for two (2) Hitec Generators.

If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, is more advantageous to the Government, and is received by the aforementioned deadline, FSA shall make award on a sole source basis to Hitec Power Protection, Inc.
