Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish a cost plus “fixed fee per case” Prime Foodservice Distributor contract for the delivery of frozen, refrigerated, grocery and dry foods to approximately 219 self-operating kitchens for the use in the United States Department of Agriculture’s National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs, Summer Food Service Program, and the Child Care and Adult Food Program’s After School Meals Program. The work to be done under this agreement includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the provision of goods and/or services in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
