This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures.  This is a Notice of Intent.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Logistics and Acquisitions Operations, on the behalf of __the National Eye Institute_______________________, intends to procure on a sole source basis from Allentown, Inc. This replacement non-human primate pans under procurement are to be integrated into the facilities existing program and must be interchangeable with systems already present.
